Can you help? I am doing some "academic" research into the effectiveness of WIPO with respect to the domain dispute resolution process, and especially where such disputes involve large enterprises versus minor parties.

I am particularly interested in the following:

* understanding the intimate details of the interactions between the "regulators" - i.e. AUDA), WIPO and large enterprises;

* qualified opinions on the background to US proposals submitted to WIPO are also sought. If you have intimate knowledge of their background, I would very much like to hear from you. I have a copy of the proposals, I am interested in "left field" interpretations;

* information on the involvement of the JTC - ISO Technical Committee, represented by Ms Karen HigginBottom (from American Technology Industry Council fame?).
